Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wait on my vehicle?

Your appointment is for drop off only. You'll need to arrange a ride to and from the shop. We'll evaluate your vehicle and email you with a scope and estimate. 

Can I bring my own parts?

In very rare cases regarding custom parts (race, performance, suspension lifts, etc.) this may be allowed on a case-by-case basis but by default, you may not provide any of your own parts, fluids, etc. 

How much will it cost?

Prior to any work being done, we will send you an estimate to the email address you provided at the time of your appointment. We cannot quote any work prior to diagnosing the vehicle.

How long will the repair/service take?

Your appointment does not guarantee a service date or time — it is a drop-off appointment. Once your vehicle is evaluated, the email you receive will have a quote attached as a PDF and tentative timeline with it.
